We Will Avoid War with Russia and China, But Iran is Still on the Table
Finally, let me present you with a rumor that is circulating. We now know that prior to Biden’s debate with Trump, his team had internal polls showing that he would lose in a blowout. What to do? Four weeks ago, a good friend with connections in Republican circles told me that Biden and Trump had communicated sometime after the debate. Biden essentially promised to sabotage the election steal (he knew how he gamed the system to get 16 million mystery votes in 2020) in exchange for Trump’s assurance that he and his family would not face prosecution. Did that happen? https://sonar21.com/we-will-avoid-war-with-russia-and-china-but-iran-is-still-on-the-table/ John Helmer, THE WAY THE TRUMP WIND IS BLOWING MEASURED ON THE KREMLIN SCALE
Trump has made it clear: he will not rely massively on his ex-officials, even those who served under him during his first term. And this has its own logic – after all, the classic Washington establishment is unlikely to fit into Donald Trump’s new foreign policy strategy. A strategy that will not comply with a number of principles of classical American diplomacy.
First, the United States will refuse to export liberal democracy. “We have built our foreign policy on intimidation, moralizing and lecturing countries that seek to avoid cooperation with us. In contrast, China’s foreign policy is focused on building roads and bridges, as well as providing food for the poor. And I think we should follow a foreign policy based on respect… and the national interests of the United States,” U.S. Vice President–elect J.D. Vance said a year and a half ago when he criticized the appointment of the “moralizing Stephanie Sullivan” as the American ambassador to the African Union.
And Trump fully shares this approach. “The new Trump administration will try to implement a realistic foreign policy course and abandon the liberal hegemonic traditions that were characteristic of American foreign policy throughout the period after the end of the Cold War. They will try to make American policy more pragmatic and more successfully counter American rivals,” Dmitry Suslov...

..Following moralizing, another important principle of Western globalist diplomacy will be thrown into the trash: “whoever is not with us is against us.”
Unlike Russia, which professed the principle of “we work with those who are not against us” (allowing states to pursue a multi-vector policy), the West has rigidly forced Third World countries to make a choice between it and its opponents. https://johnhelmer.net/the-way-the-trump-wind-is-blowing-measured-on-the-kremlin-scale/

Washington Post notes: “The prospect of Kennedy holding any senior administration role has increasingly alarmed public health leaders and federal workers who say that he should not be allowed anywhere near the nation’s public health infrastructure.” The reason for the dread: Kennedy’s goal of liberating the federal agencies from the grip that corporate and financial interests, from Big Pharma to Big Food, have exerted over them for decades. He’s Public Enemy Number One in the eyes of the lobbyists and bureaucrats who have been complicit in the continuing degradation of American health.
Kennedy has insisted that he would do nothing to prevent access to vaccines; he only pledged to carry out the safety studies that the pharmaceutical industry has prevented the health agencies from conducting with objectivity. Thus, armed with “informed consent,” Americans could weigh the risks and make the decisions for themselves and their children without compulsion. That’s a welcomed change from the current regime of a federally decreed vaccine schedule for children, enforced via hospital and school mandates.
Ironically, the same health establishment—sounding alarms about potential harms resulting from Trump giving RFK Jr. a central role in ending the conflicts of interest determining health policy in the United States—remains utterly silent about exploding autism rates among children in recent decades, the mental health crisis and soaring rates of teens on mood-altering prescription drugs, and a new USDA study revealing that a shocking 38 percent of teens now suffer from pre-diabetes. The same crowd panicking over the alleged dangers to public health were RFK Jr. able to remove conflicts of interest in the system show absolutely no interest in determining the cause of our epidemic of chronic childhood disease in this country. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/uniparty-establishment-war-maha-heats

Meryl Nass MD, Secret Ballots-Consensus decisions: Let's look at what these innocuous terms hide and seek improvement
Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell announced a “secret ballot” to choose the next Senate Majority Leader on November 13, who will succeed him very soon. He had announced his retirement from the position, but not the Senate, about six months ago.
But there was a leak, and it turned out there was a “Whipped” ballot count already. McConnell and his Whip John Thune, and likely others, already knew how everyone would vote. The previous Whip, btw, was John Cornyn. (Read about R Whips here.). McConnell had been a Whip once, himself.
Who were the 3 candidates? Senators John Thune, John Cornyn and Trump’s pick, Rick Scott. The preliminary ballot gave Thune and McConnell, and perhaps others the opportunity to horse trade to influence this election, and whip their colleagues into shape. https://merylnass.substack.com/p/secret-ballots-consensus-decisions

Thune, the Senate GOP whip and the #2 ranking member since 2019, largely managed operation of the Senate floor since McConnell suffered a concussion in 2023.
As Axios notes, Thune's win "is a victory for the post-Trump establishment," as he's "not a natural, true-believer Trump guy like Rick Scott and his supporters are."
Several of Trump's most prominent supporters, including Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson and RFK Jr. had endorsed Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) in the race.

Charles Hugh Smith has perspective. Machiavelli's Sage Advice to Transformational Leaders
Machiavelli explores the psychology of power and leadership. For leaders who seek to change the polity rather than merely maintain the status quo, Mr. M. lays out the challenge facing transformational leaders in Chapter Six of The Prince: Here we have to bear in mind that nothing is harder to organize, more likely to fail, or more dangerous to see through, than the introduction of a new system of government.
The person bringing in the changes will make enemies of everyone who was doing well under the old system, while the people who stand to gain from the new arrangements will not offer wholehearted support, partly because they are afraid of their opponents, who still have the laws on their side, and partly because people are naturally skeptical: no one really believes in change until they've had solid experience of it.
So as soon as the opponents of the new system see a chance, they'll go on the offensive with the determination of an embattled faction, while its supporters will offer only half-hearted resistance, something that will put the new ruler's position at risk too. https://charleshughsmith.substack.com/p/machiavellis-sage-advice-to-transformational

The point is, while the sanctions against Russia may take some time to be scrapped, their cutting edge — the fanaticism and the sound and fury with which Blinken and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen applied that intrusive diplomatic tool to dictate other countries’ economic and military relations with Russia — may now become blunt, what with all signs already pointing toward a Russian-American engagement.

A November 8 video report by a 16-year-old who publishes YouTube reports under the moniker “Bender” provided extensive on-the-ground footage of a mob of armed Tel Aviv Maccabi ultras hunting victims, throwing metal poles at police vehicles, threatening journalists, and even being detained after attacking undercover police officers...
..Bender’s YouTube report provided clear documentation of the well-organized mob of Israeli hooligans roving around central Amsterdam on November 7, gathering metal pipes and wooden clubs as they hunted for victims with apparent permission from local Amsterdam authorities...
..“As usual,” Bender remarked, “we are the only media present right now!”
The Maccabi hooligans were clearly unhappy with the scrappy reporter’s presence. They can be seen repeatedly giving him the middle finger while hurling rocks at him and his cameraman. At one point, multiple Israeli thugs approach the teenager in an attempt to intimidate him, demanding he “put away the camera.” When Bender and his colleague responded that they were members of the media, the Israeli assailants ordered them: "stop… for your [own] safety.” ...

..Bender said that the Israeli ultras operated like a military unit on a mission inside a hostile city. “The funny thing is,” he commented, “in contrast to the Ajax hooligans, these [Israelis] stick together. A very compact group. They are not separating… They have some mean dudes. Most of those Israelis have been in the military, so they can be strong and know their tactics.”
Even after assaulting police vans and attacking officers with metal pipes, the Israeli ultras were allowed to storm through central Amsterdam without any arrests.
Eventually, the police escorted them to a bus, which was to take them back to their hotels. But as Bender documented, just as they were about to board their bus, the Israeli ultras noticed a private home with a Palestinian flag draped on its window sill. And so – in the full view of the police – the foreign thugs began pelting the house with rocks.
“The police did something that wasn’t very tactful. Here is a building full of squatters, with Palestinian flags on it,” Bender narrated. “[The Israelis] are throwing rocks at the windows"...

The journalistic acumen displayed by the 16-year-old Bender stood in stark contrast to the complicity of corporate media, which has dutifully parroted Israeli government propaganda painting the violent hooligans as innocent Jews assaulted by antisemitic Muslims in what amounted to a “pogrom.” ...
..In the days since, Western politicians and much of the media have amplified the bogus Israeli narrative, focusing overwhelmingly on retaliatory attacks by Moroccan cab drivers and Dutch Muslims, while ignoring the apparently calculated Israeli rampage which instigated the chaos.
But despite their apparent understanding that Israelis initiated the violence, officials in the Netherlands and elsewhere have instead followed the lead of the Israeli government, laying the blame entirely at the feet of mainly Arab youths who confronted the Maccabi fans. https://thegrayzone.com/2024/11/10/video-israeli-hooligans-attacked-police-amsterdam/

The U.S. today faces its own internal structural contradictions to which Trump regularly alluded when he talked about the evaporated American real economy owing to the off-shored manufacturing base. A recent report by the RAND Organisation states starkly however, that the U.S. defence industrial base is unable to meet the equipment, technology, and munitions needs of the U.S. and its allies and partners. A protracted conflict, especially in multiple theatres, would require much greater capacity [– and a radically increased defence budget].
Trump’s industrial recuperation plan, however, of painfully high tariffs ringing American manufacturing; an end to Federal profligacy and lower taxes suggests however, a reversal into fiscal rectitude – after decades of fiscal laxity and uncontrolled borrowing. How America Is Losing The Rocket Wars
Smart missiles have changed war as much as smartphones have changed peace. Today we are used to having packages delivered to our door, and in the same way we get deceased. In this age when bombs deliver themselves, human bombers appear more and more anachronistic. Out of time and out of place. Today, the American military looks like Nokia circa 2010. Technically #1, but technologically beaten...
..America has simply missed the boat on a sea change in warfare. While Russia can now beat them in peer warfare, even much poorer adversaries can beat them by firing rockets and hiding underground, a complete 'disruption', in consumer tech terms. Smart rockets have advanced at the same pace as smartphones, whereas jets look like a Nokia with too many buttons. This is the state of America's military, and the giant ship is too big to turn around, even as the Al Aqsa Flood rises around them.
What we're witnessing now, on multiple fronts, is actually a going out of business sale of the military industrial multiplex, with mass murder as mass marketing. What we're witnessing is a fire sale of the vanities, from Ukraine to Palestine. America's reign is ending in strategic defeat, on multiple fronts. Like the Nazis they assimilated into NATO, America will continue fighting and killing after the cause is lost, but the strategic direction of these battles was already set decades ago, and the tactical results have already been proven. This is war in the age of rockets, and America has already been strategically defeated. https://indi.ca/how-america-is-losing-the-rocket-wars/

Houthis Claim Missiles & Drones Targeted US Aircraft Carrier Near Critical Maritime Chokepoint
Yahya Sarea, the Houthi military spokesman, wrote on X that the Yemeni Armed Forces conducted two military operations, "the first of which targeted the American aircraft carrier (Abraham) in the Arabian Sea with several cruise missiles and drones, and the other targeted two American destroyers in the Red Sea with a number of ballistic missiles and drones." https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/houthis-claim-missiles-drones-target-us-aircraft-carrier-near-critical-maritime
Let's speak a little bit about the good news. The Houthis shot down the 12th Reaper drone (MQ-9 Reaper). There's a ton of information behind this short report. First of all, a Reaper costs about $50-60 million (the numbers are different everywhere) (Translator Note: Apparently, these drones were sold to the Indian government at about $129 million per unit!). Which is expensive in itself. This is already the thirty-fifth Reaper destroyed during its service life, and we dropped three of them. Two were dropped over the Black Sea (by pouring kerosene on them and blowing on it with the engine) and one in Syria (by launching a flare at it - in a word, we mocked it as best we could). By the way, our newest Su-57 is valued at $40 million...
..This is against the background of the fact that the US has only 25 air reconnaissance aircraft left (the so-called radar detection and guidance systems). And all of them are based on the Boeing 707. The average age of these machines is 60 years. In terms of air reconnaissance, the US has nothing else. Only space-based systems...
..The US, as a military power, is currently maximally focused on the implementation of programs for the F-35, the KC-46 tanker, the advanced B-21 bomber, and the 6th generation fighter. By the way, they are going to buy 100 B-21s starting in 2031 at a price of 650 million dollars per unit. But these are just plans. As we remember, not a single new US system has been delivered on time in the last twenty years. There are no reconnaissance aerial platforms in these plans at all. The question is - why?...
General Atomics is still fluttering along, but it too is apparently living out its last years, if not months, in the graveyard of General Dynamics companies. Incidentally, the Pentagon's big three contractors - Northrop, Lockheed, and Dynamics - aren't doing too well. Or, more accurately, they're not doing well at all. And this is against the backdrop of Intel and Boeing crumbling.

..People in slippers shoot down Reaper after Reaper, and the US is still forced to send them for additional reconnaissance. Otherwise, apparently, it is not at all convenient to strike the Houthi bases.
Ours brought down two Reapers over the Black Sea. Now either Hawks or those same ancient Boeings are flying there cautiously. That is, satellite systems can not cope without additional reconnaissance.
And yet, there are no plans to replace them. What happened to America's famous military might, which could do everything, always, and in any hole? Apparently, the US has accumulated so many problems over the years of global prosperity that they have simply despaired of solving them all. And now they are trying to concentrate on the most pressing ones. In general, they have no time for "Reapers" now.
Right before our eyes, a complete collapse of a long-term and very ambitious American UAV program is taking place, and around this, there is a modest silence...
.. The Global-Hawk's manufacturer, Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical, died somewhere in the depths of Northrop, as if it never existed. Ours brought down two Reapers over the Black Sea.

Consider the vaccine passports alone. Six cities were locked down to include only the vaccinated in public indoor places. They were New York City, Boston, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington, D.C., and Seattle. The plan was to enforce this with a vaccine passport. It broke. Once the news leaked that the shot didn’t stop infection or transmission, the planners lost public support and the scheme collapsed.
It was undoubtedly planned to be permanent and nationwide if not worldwide. Instead, the scheme had to be dialed back. https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/cdc-planned-quarantine-camps-nationwide

As mentioned last time, in the post-Trump election victory all the powers-that-be in the world continue scrambling and jockeying to position themselves at the foot of the incoming administration’s throne. This apparently includes ‘seeding the field’ with all sorts of disinformation as a way of ‘shaping the battlefield’ to create favorable conditions for each party upon the beginning of Trump’s term. https://simplicius76.substack.com/p/sitrep-111124-ukraine-scrambles-for Consider the vaccine passports alone. A Midwestern Doctor, New Data Exposes the Corruption Behind the COVID Response, It's time for COVID accountability so this can never happen again
COVID-19 was arguably the worst public health disaster in history, and as more and more are now realizing, most of that could have been prevented if the medical industry had been less greedy throughout the pandemic and not put profits before people. Because of this, the unconditional trust the industry made enormous investments to create and has relied upon for decades has been shattered (e.g., a large JAMA study of 443,445 American adults found that in April 2020, 71.5% of them trusted doctors and hospitals while in January 2024, only 40.1% did).....During the pandemic, whenever Trump tried to propose any solution to COVID-19 besides a vaccine (e.g., hydroxychloroquine) both the mass media and the FDA sabotaged it—which was abhorrent as using repurposed drugs was always the only possible way to address the pandemic.
Trump nonetheless agreed to those rules (as he did not understand how unscrupulous these people were) and conducted a massive federal program to accelerate the development and deployment of the COVID-19 vaccines. However, at the last minute, Pfizer and the FDA delayed their approval until just after the election to destroy Trump’s chances of winning. This likely would have become forgotten history, but since Trump won 2024 with a coalition which wants to hold both the FDA and the pharmaceutical industry accountable for what they’ve done to the world, those previous actions in the 2020 election have nullified their ability to lobby the Trump administration to protect them. This point is really important and must not be forgotten in the coming days as fights over the future of the FDA break out. https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/new-data-exposes-the-corruption-behind Walter M.
